J Centrel

J-centrel is home to civically-engaged and community-driven residents and businesses who strive to make their neighborhood, Philadelphia, and society better. This adaptive reuse of the historic national register former textile mill located in the Harrowgate neighborhood of Philadelphia is a mix of 116 residences, and 40,000 square feet of modern, restored, affordable workspaces, and retail shops, including the IF Lab (link to IF Lab website), designed to collectively enhance live and work experience. J-centrel is open to all with incentives for those who give back to the community.

MidTown Cleveland

S&R Holdings and the Intersect are working with Midtown Cleveland, Inc. (MTC) to provide analysis and critical suggestions to on how to infuse holistic policies and processes that drive equitable development practices. This includes creating an inclusive vision & toolkit for MTC in partnership with diverse stakeholders that bridge audiences who have historically been divergent.

PRA 40th St

S&R Holdings is developing 30 residential units as Phase I of a Mixed Income Community at the critical commercial intersection of 40th St and Lancaster Ave in the Mantua neighborhood of Philadelphia, having been awarded the building lots through a competitive RFP process by the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority. Phases II and III will add an additional 70 units of low income home ownership via Habitat for Humanity and low income rental units developed via a joint venture between Peoples Emergency Committee and Mt. Vernon Manor CDC.

IF Lab

IF Lab - The Idea Factory, is a multi-use entrepreneur hub in Kensington for local community that facilitates business literacy in underserved neighborhoods. It is founded on the premise that access to economic resources and social networks are necessities for equitable urban development.
